BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ~ That Section 4 entitled tJMuzzlingD, Section
5 entitleduImpoundingU and Section 8 entitled UBitches in Heatn
of an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Rela~ing to the Owner-
ship, Control and Licensing of Dogs", passed and approved March
7, 1939, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION~. That this Ordinance sha11 be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval, according to
law.
