SALE OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUlT PROSPECT, COUNTY OF COOK AND STATE OF ILLINOIS" as AMENDED. ****** BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, County of Cook and State of Illinois: SECTION 1. That Section 6 of an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to Regulate the sale of Alcoholic Liquors in the I . Village of Mount Prospect, County of Cook and State of Illinois" as Amended, be further amended to read as follows: Section 6. Classification - Fees. Such li- censes shall be and are hereby divided into two (2) classes, to-wit: (1) Class A licenses, which shall authorize the retail sale on the premises specified of al- coholic liquor for consumption on the premises as well as other retail sales of such liquor. The annual fee for such license shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). (2) Class B which shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor by country clubs, on the premises of such club, to its members and guests for consumption on such premises. The annual li- cense fee shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) The President of the Village may also grant a daily permit to any local organization or group, such as a fire department, veteran's organization, lodge, church and similar organizations, authoriz- ing the sale of beer at any picnic, carnival or similar function given by s~id organization; provid- ed that not more than five \5) such daily permits shall be issued to anyone such organization during the period of one year. The fee for such daily permit shall be Five Dollars ($5.00). SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in -2-- full force from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law. PASSED this 9th day of )larch, A.D. 1948.
