AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
21 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED
nAN ORDINANCE-REGULATING TAXI
CABSn.

WHEREAS. the President and Board of Trustees constituting
the Public Vehicle Commission find that it is necessary to in-
crease the number of taxi cabs to meet the public need.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD

IOF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOI :
I Section 1. That Section 21 of an Ordinance entitled nAn
Ordinance regulating Taxi Cabs. be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Section 21. Number of Cabs. The number of
taxi cabs for which licenses may be issued to
operate within the Village of Mount Prospect, is
hereby determined to be five (5).
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con.-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3~ That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as re-
quired by law.
