ZONnG ORDINANCE AS A1lENDED ****** WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the Village of Mount Prospect at a public meeting duly called and held according to law, considered the question of reclassifying from Residence R-2 to Residence R-l the real estate hereinafter described; and WHEREAS. the President and Board of Trustees after con- ~idering the recommendation of the said Zoning Commission, find d believe that the highest and best use for the real estate ks that of Residence R-l. I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND OARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, LLINOIS: SECTION 1.
