HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 282 03/18/1948 FMO*AGH l&6c 3/17/48 I ... ~gY AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE AS AKENDQ ****** WHEREAS. the Zoning Commission of the Village of Mount Prospect at a public meeting duly called and held according to law, considered the question of reclassifying from B-3 Residence District-Apartment to B-Business District, the real estate here- !inafter described; and WHEREAS. the President and Board of Trustees after con- sidering the recommendation of the said Zoning Commission, find and believe that the highest and best use for the real estate is that of B Business District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND ARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, SECTION 1.
