AN ORDIN.ANCE CONCERNING THE
STREET ft~D BRIDGE TAX.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
I OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
SECTION 1. That in addition to the tax levy for street
and bridge purposes of .06% of the full fair cash value as
equalized or assessed by the Department of Revenue of all tax-
able property lying wholly within the Village of Mount Prospect,
in accordance with the law provided in that behalf, an addi-
tional levy for street and bridge purposes of .04166% of such
taxable property is made; and the County Clerk of Cook County,
Illinois is hereby authorized and directed to extend the taxes
for the purpose of giving effect to this ordinance.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approv21 and publication,
according to law.
