BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AID BOARD OF TRtTSTEES

SECTION t. That Section 6.1 of Chapter 3 of the Mount
Prospect Building Code of 1938 (Ordinance .0. 225) be and the
same is hereby further amended to read as tallows:

ments thereof, or who shall erect, construct, alter or repair
a building or structure in violation thereof, shall be guil't7
ot misdemeanor punishable by a tine ot not less than '25~OO
and not more than .200.00, and each day such violation 1s per-
mitted to exist shall constitute a separate otiense.
SECTION ~. That this Ordinance shall be in :f'u.ll force
and effect trom and atter its passage, approval and pabliea-
tion, according to law.
