AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE
SALARY AND COMPENSATION OF THE
VILLAGE CLERK OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT. ILLINOIS.

BE IT ORD.AINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That beginning May 1st, 1949, the salary
and compensation of the Village Clerk of the Village of Mount
Prospect, Illinois, shall be the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00) per annum.
SECTION 2. That the President and Clerk are hereby au-
thorized and directed to draw the necessary pay roll warrants
upon the Village Treasurer in payment of the salary or compensa-
tion as herein provided.
SECTION ~. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval, according to
law.
