AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION VI OF
ORDINANCE NO. 164 AS AMENDED. (Wat~~-
Works System Ordinance).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRTJSTEES OF THE
VItI,AGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
~~ctlon 1. That Section VI of an Ordinance entitled "An Ordi-
nance to Revise an ordtnancE' entitled 'An ordinance provlding for
the regulatIon and management of the Water Works System of the
Village of Mo mt Pro~,ect, and e~t~lbl"tsh 1"11.1es and regulat1 on~ 'Por
toe government of water consumers and others, an~ regulating con-
npct1.ons wi th ~aid system and establishing rates and charges and
license fees for plumbingttt, known as Ordinance No.. 1~4:" as amend-
ed is hereby further amended by striki.n.g therefrom the follo-,,:tng:
"For a meter of 5/8 of an Inch capacity $17.50
For a meter of 3/4 of an inch capaetty A?o.oo
For all meters of more than 3/4 of an

and substitute therefo~, the following:
