AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE
STREET AND BRIDG~ TAX

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
SECTIO~ l~ That in addition to the tax levy for street
and bridge purposes of .06% of the full fair cash value as
equalized or assessed by the Department of Revenue of all tax-
able property lying wholly within the Village of Mount Prospect,
in accordance with the law provided in that behalf, an addi-
tional levy for street and bridge purposes of .04168% of such
taxable property is made; and the County Clerk of Cook County,
Illinois is hereby authorized and directed to extend the taxes
for the purpose of giving effect to this ordinance.
~E~TION ~A_ This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, ac-
cording to law.
