RESOLUTION NO. 11-93
AN RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO THE
CULTURAL TRUST COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT,
THE MOUNT PROSPECT PUBLIC LIBRARY,
THE MOUNT PROSPECT PARK DISTRICT AND
MOUNT PROSPECT PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 57
WHEREAS, the village of Mount Prospect is a member of the
Cultural Trust cooperative Agreement, along with the Mount
Prospect Public Library, the Mount Prospect Park District and the
Mount Prospect Public School District No. 57, which Agreement was
dated February 9, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Cultural Trust cooperative Agreement requires that
each member of the Agency shall designate a representative to
this Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the Village of Mount Prospect, being a Charter
Member of the cultural Trust Cooperative Agreement, does hereby
appoint Timothy J. coN.oran, as a Trustee of the Village of Mount
Prospect, to represent the Village of Mount Prospect as a Trustee
on the Cultural Trust Cooperative Agency.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by law.
AYES: Busse, Clowes, Corcoran, Hoefert, Wilks
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
PASSED and APPROVED this 16th day of February, 1993.
