AN ORDINANCE LIMITING PARKING
OF VEHICLES ON CERTAIN STREETS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. Parking of automobiles and other vehicles
is limited to two (2) hours on any day except Sundays and legal
holidays between the hours of 7 A.K. and 6 P.M. on the follow-
ing streets or portions thereof;
Along both curbs of Busse Avenue from Wil1e Street
east to Emerson Street.
Along the North curb of Northwest Highway from
Wille Street east to Maple Street. South curb of
Highway no parking at any time between the' above
two points.
Along both curbs of Main Street from Northwest
Highway north to Central Road.
Along south curb of Prospect Avenue from Pine Street
east to Emerson Street and along the north curb "~
of Prospect Avenue from Pine Street east to Main
Street.
Along both curbs of Prospect Avenue from Emerson
Street east to lMlapl@ Street.
Along both curbs of Emerson Street from Busse Avenue
south to Milburn Street.
SECTION 2. Every person convicted of a violation of
any prOVision of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of
not more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force

and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
