AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS
32 and 33 OF CHAPTER III OF THE
MOUNT PROSPECT BUILDING CODE OF
1938.

BE IT ORDAINED By the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of M~unt Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
SECTION 1. That Section 32 of Chapter III of the Mount
Prospect Building Code of 1938 (Ordinance No. 22S) be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 32. The fee for a street or alley
obstruction permit for the purP9se of storing
material shall be Five Dollars \$S.OO) per month
or part thereof for each 25 feet or fractional
part thereof~of frontage so occupieq. The mini-
mum deposit shall be Fifty Dollars \$50.00).
Upon the discontinuance of the use of such street
or alley, the amount due for the street permit
shall be deducted from the deposit and the differ-
ence returned.
SECTION 2. That Section 33 of Chapter IIIof the Mount
Prospect Building Code of 1938 (Ordinance No. 22S) be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 33. The permit fee for the opening of
a street, sidewalk or alley for the purpose of
making connections to ~ewer~ water, gas or elec-
tric piping, shall be ~'ive uollars (is.OO).
SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
