MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, the V%llage of Mount Prospect owns the single family home and property cor~nonly known as 17 South Wille, Street, Mount Prospect, Illinois; and WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect is desirous of entering Into a Residence Lease for the single family home located at 17 South Wille Street; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ~LAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That the corporate authorities of the Village of Mount Prospec5 do hereby authorize the Village Manager to sign and the Village Clerk to attest his signature on a Residential Lease for Village owned property commonly known as 17 South Wille Street, Mount Prospect, Illinois, a copy of said Lease is attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit "A". SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
