ORDINANCE NO. ~6 5"-
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING
PARKING BETWEEN THE HOURS
OF 2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.~.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That for the purpose of this Ordinanoe, the
term. "vehiole" is hereby defined to be every devise in, upon, or
by which any person or property is or maybe. transported or drawn
upon a highway, except devioes moved by human power or used ex-
clusively upon stationary rails or tracks.
SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of
any vehiole to park said vehiole on any street in the Village
for a period of time more than fifteen (15) minutes, between the
hours of 2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M.
SECTION 3. Any person found guilty of violating the
provisions of this ordinanoe shall be punished by a fine of not
more than One Hundred (tlOO.OO) dollars, for eaoh and every
offense.
SECTION 4. All ordinanoes or parts of Ordinances in
oonflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full torce and
effect from and after its passage, approval and pUblication,
acoording to law, and the provisions hereof shall be effeotive on
November 1, 1952.
