which territory is contiguous to the Village of Mount Prospect, as
aforesaid, not embraced therein, is uninhabited, contains no
electors residing therein, and is unincorporated, be and the same
is hereby annexed to the Village of Mount Prospeot, so that here-
after said territory shall be inoluded within the boundary lines
and limits of said village as is by law in such case made and
provided.
Seotion 2. The Village Clerk of this village is hereby di-
rected to file a certified CO]?y of this ordinance, together with
an accurate map of said annexed territory, with the Recorda: at
Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
Section 3. That this Ordinam e shall be in full force and

CERTIFICATE OF CLERK
I, Robert F. Milligan, the duly qualified and acting Village
Clerk of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, and
the official keeper of the records and seal thereof,
DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the above and foregoing is a true,
correct and compared copy of an ordinance entitled "An Ordinance
annexing a part of the South half of the South west quarter of
Section 12, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the Third Princi-
pal Meridian", which was duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect held on the 1st day of July, 1952, upon roll call
in which five trustees voted AYE; none voting nay; none being ab-
sent and there being one vacancy; that said vote constitutes more
than tKo-thirds of said Board; that said ordinance was at said
meeting duly approved by the President of said Board by affixing
his signature thereto in open meeting; that the original ordinance
is in my possession as such clerk and a part of the official re-
cords of the Village; all as appears from the records in my office.
I FURTHER CERTIFY that the amexed plat is a true and correct
plat of the area hereby annexed and is an accurate map of the
annexed territory.
