AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING VOTING
PRECINCTS, POLLING PLACES AND
APPOINTING JUDGES AND CLERKS FOR
THE REGULAR ELECTION TO BE HELD
ON TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 1953.
WHEREAS, a general election is to be held in the Village of
Mount Prospeot, Illinois, on Tuesday, April 21, 1953 for the pur-
pose of electing the following officers:
President
Village Clerk
Polioe M~istrate
Three (3) Trustees for the full term
Two (2) Trustees to fill vaoanoies for
a Two year term
Two Library Directors,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By the President and. Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
SECTION 1. That for the general election to be held in the
Village of Mount Prospeot on Tuesday, April 21, 1953, the follow-
ing election districts and polling places therefor are hereby
established aa follows:
PRECINCT 1. All that part of the Village of Mount
Prospect lying Northerly of the center
line of Northwest Highway.
Village Hall,
112 E. Northwest Highway,
Mount Prospect, Ill.
PRECINCT 2. All that part of the Village of Mount
Prospect lying Southerly of the center
line of Northwest Highway.
Polling Place:
Chicago & Northwestern
Railway Depot,
Northwest Highway bet.$en
Emmerson and Main Streets,
Mount Prospect, Ill.
SECTION 2. That the following be and they are hereby desig-

printed, and conduct said election in manner and form as provided
by law.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
