BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1. That Section 1 (b) of an Ordinance to amend Section 1 (Ordinance No. 245) of an Ordinance amending an Ordi- nance amending an Ordinance entitled: IAn Ordinance Amending Section 1 of an Ordinance entitled: 'An Ordinance to revise an Ordinance entitled: An Ordinance providing for the Regulation and Management of the Water WorkS System of the Village of Mount Prospect, and establishing Rules and Regulations for the Govern- ment of Water Consumers and Others, and Regulating Connections with said System and Establishing Rates and Charges and License Fees for Plumbers''', as amended, be and the same is hereby fur- ther amended to read as follows: Secti.on 1 (bl. In the event any meter fails to register properly, the Water Collector shall make an estimate of the water used during the period of such failure based upon the average quantity registered by such meter during the preceding like periods. No allowance shall be made for leakage. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of Ordinance in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
