AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE GRAN'f OF
EASEDN'r EIECU'l'ED BY 'mE PRODUC'l'IOI'
INSTRUDNT COMPANY, AND ACCEP'l'ING THE
'!'ERMa AND CORDITIOWB THEREIN CONTAINED.
WHEREAS, The Village ot Mount Prospect operates
a~ains a waterworks system within its boundarie. and in
xpandin~ diatribution system, rinds it necessary to procure a
ightot way and easemen" over and across a part ot the private
roperty owned by the PRODUCTION INSTRUMENT COMPANY, an Illinois
orporation; and
WHEREAS, the said PRODUCTION INSTRUMENT COMPANY
as agreed. to execute a. Grant ot Easement to the Village ot Mount
ospect dated. as ot June 1, 1953 upon condition that the Village
ay the sum ot .250.00 and as turther oonsideration that the said
illage install, at its own and sole cost, a tire hydrant at the
ntersection ot Central Road and said easement, or in the immediate
icinity thereot and subject to conditions relating to damages and
ni indemnity theretor, as embodied in said easement; and this
oard tinds that it would be tor the best interests ot the Village
hat said Grant ot Easement be accepted upon the terms and con-
itions therein expressed; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY 'l'HE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
RUSTEES OF TEE VILLAGE OF MOUN'!' PROSPECT, COOK COUN'l'Y, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That the President and Clerk ot this
illag8 be and they are hereby directed on behalt ot the Village
t Mount Prospect,tQ execute an acceptance ot said GRANT OF
ASEDN'l', dated Jue 1, 1953, executed by the PRODUCTION INSTRUMENT
OMFANY, upon the terms and conditions therein stated and ter the
onsideration therein set torth covering the land described as
ollows:
A s1r.ip ot land 10 teet wide, running North and
South across, and 5 teet .n each side of a line
parallel to and 433.95 teet East of the west
line of the tOllowing desoribed property:
