That the President and Board of Trustees have heretofore caused to be made an estimate of the cost of construct- , ing necessary improvements and extensions to the existing munici- pal waterworks system of said Village ot Mount Prospect as describ- ed in the preamble of this Ordinance, and all in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor heretofore prepared and ap- proved by this President and Board of Trustees and now on file in the office of the Village Clerk for public inspection, and have here- tofore estimated and do hereby estimate that the; total estimated cost of the construction of said improvements and extensions is the sum of $140,000.00. Section~.
