AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION VI
OF ORDINANCE NO. 164 AS AMENDED.
(Water Works System Ordinance).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That Section VI of an Ordinance entitled:
"An Ordinance to Revise an Ordinance entitled 'An Ordinance pro-
..~ viding for the regulation and management of the Water Works
System of the Village of Mount Prospect, and establish rules and
regulations for the government of water consumers and others,
and regulating connections with said system and establishing
rates and charges and license fees for plumbing''', known as
Ordinance No. 164, as Amended, is hereby further amended by
striking therefrom the following:
For a meter of 5/8 of an inch capacity
$30.00
For all meters of more than 5/8 of an inch
capacity upon the estimate of the Superintendent
of Water.
and substitute therefore, the following:
For a meter of 5/8 of an inch capacity
$35.00
For all meters of more than 5/8 of an inch
capacity upon the estimate of the Superintendent
of Water.
SECTION ~. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SEC'fION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval, according
to law.
