AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION I
OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN OR-
DINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE TIME
AND PLACE OF MEETING OF THE
PRESIDENT AND t4EMBERS OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS", KNOWN AS ORDINANCE NO.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY I ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an Ordinance entitled
"An Ordinance to provide for the time and place of meeting of
the President and Members of the Board of Trustees of the Vil-
lage of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois", known as
Ordinance No. 37 as amended,be and the same is hereby further
amended to read as follows:
Section 1. The regular meetings of the Pre-
sident and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount prospect, Cook County, Illinois, shall be
held <n the first and third Tuesdays of each and
every month at the hour of 8 o'clock P.M. in the
Village Hall.
SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, and approval.
