AN ORDINANCE amending Section
3 of Ordinance No. 30(A), as
amended.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 3 of an ordinance entitled "An Ordi-
nance for licensing automobiles, motor trucks and motor CY8les in
the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois" (Ordinance
No. 30(a), as amended, be and it is hereby further amended by adding
thereto the following paragraph:
" Every person, firm or corporation who fails or
neglects to pay the license fees hereinabove set forth
on or before March 1st of each year, shall, after said
date, pay the sum of $1.00 in addition to said license
fees."
~ section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
~erewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication, according
to law.
