Sec~J2n 1. All moneys received from the State Motor Fuel Tax as provided in an Act entitled "An Act in Relation to a Tax upon the privilege of operating Motor Vehicles upon highways therein and making certain Appropriations in connection therewith", approv- ed Ma~ch 23, 1939, as amended, are. hereby appropriated to be ex- tended in accordance with the provisions of the said act. ARTICLE XI - MISCBLLANEOUS REVENUE~. Section l~ All miscellaneous receipts of revenues from all purposes not hereby expressly reserved or appropriated shall be . . available to any appropriation herein provided for not payable out of specific funds.
