AN ORDINANCE annexing certain
lands to the Village of Mount
Prospect, Illinois.
wl1EREAS, a written ~tition has been filed with the Village
I Clerk of the Village of Mount Prospect by CHICAGO TITLE AND TRUST
COMPANY, an Illinois corporation, as Trustee under the provisions
of a Trust Agreement dated April 2, 195~ and known as Trust No.
36742, being the sole owners of record of the hereinafter des-
cribed land and territory, requesting the annexation of said
tract of land and territory to the Village of Mount Prospect; and
WHEREAS, said land and territory is not within the corporate
limits of any municipality but is contiguous to the Village of
Mount Prospect, is unhabited and has no electors residing therein;
and
WHEREAS, said ~tition states that no electors reside therein
is under oath and in all respects complies with the requirements
of the Statute in such case made and provided; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of this Village
have examined said petition and have considered the question of th
annexation of the territory described in said petition and believe
it to be to the best interests of the municipality that such ter-
ritory be annexed thereto; Now, Therefore:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

Section 1.
That the allegations contained in the petition
are true.

Section 2. That the lands and territory described, to-wit:
That part of the East half of the Northwest fractional
quarter of Section 11, Township 41 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian, lying North of the South
990 feet and East of a straight line drawn from a point
1331.27 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Section
11 to a point of 1330.6 feet East of the Southwest corner
of the Northwest fractional quarter of said Section 11,
Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
