AN ORDINANCE amending
Section 7 of Article 2 of the
Official Village Plan
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 7 of Article 2 of an Ordinance
entitled If An Ordinance providing for the Adoption of the
Official Plan of the Village of Mount prospect" and known as
the Official Village Plan, be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Section 7. Improvement of roadway. The sub-
divider shall at his own expense improve all
streets with a roadway not less than thirty-
one (31) feet wide (back to back of curbs)
consisting of a portland cement concrete pave-
ment not less than eight (8) inches thick,
or paved with a seven inch water-bound
macadem base, a one inch cushion and two
inches of bituminous concFete surface.
Section 2. That this Ordinance should be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval and
publication according to law.
