ORDINANCE amending Section 5
of Ordinance No. 351
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That Section 5 (frontage consent) of an ordinance
entitled "An Ordinance to regulateJ limit and restrict the place
of building gasoline service stations and of gasoline storage
tanks v'li thin the Village of Mount Prospect Cook County _, Illinois 11
(known as Ordinance No. 351) be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Section 5. F.rontage Consent. In no case
shall a permit hereafter be issued for a
service station or storage tank for motor
fuel in this Village without the written
consent of seventy-five percent of the resident
owners residing within 150 feet of the location
from which it is intended to erect, construct
or install such service station or storage tank.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
