AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6
OF THE,MOl.Jlft' PROSPECT BUILDDG
CODE OF . 1938.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESII>DT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOOT PROSPECT, COOK COUJITY. ILLINGIS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 6' of the Mount Prospect
Building COde or 1938 (ord1l1ance Ho. 225) be and the same is
hereby further amended by adding thereto Seetion 19.1 to read
aa follows:
Section 19.1. Utility Rooms. Utility rooms
ahall lave a TloOt' area of not lesa than
100 square teet; provided, however, that
when a kitchen and uti1tt room are combined
as one room then the minimum tloor area
should be 200 square teet.
SECTION 2. Thatth1s ordinance shall be i8 full torce
and effect upo. its passage, approval and publication accordi8g
to law.
