AN ORDINANCE amending
Ordinance No. 351.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That Sub-section B of Section 3 of an
Ordinance entitrecr-" An Ordinance to regulate, limit and
restrict the place of building gasoline service stations
and of gasoline storage tanks within the Village of Mount
Prospect, cook county, Illinoisll (Ordinance No. 351) be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
(b) Within one block of the location of
any existing service station or tank
or gasoline storage tank, provided
however that such distance shall be
not less than 300 feet.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication according to law.
