AN ORDINANCE annexing certain
lands to the Village of Mount
Prospect, Illinois.
WHEREAS, a written petition has been filed with
the Village Clerk of the Village of Mount Prospect by
EMIL SEEGERS and ANNA SEEGERS, owners of PARCEL ONE, here-
inafter described and HENRY MOELLENKAMP, Jr. and MAE VICTORIA
I",10ELLENKAMP, his wife owners of PARCEL TWO, hereinafter
described, requesting the annexation of s&id tracts of land
and territory to the Village of Mount prospect; and
l'JHEREAS, said land and terri tory is not wi thin
the corporate limits of any municipality but is contiguous

to the Village of r~ount Prospect, is u~~labited and has no
electors residing therein; and
WHEREAS, said petition states that no electors
reside therein, is under oath and in all respects complies
with the requirements of the statute in such case made and
provided; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of
this Village have examined said petition and have considered
the question of the annexation of the territory described
in said petition and believe it to be to the best interests
of the municipality that such territory be annexed thereto;
NOW) Therefore:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF I'II0UNT PROSPECrr, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the allegations contained in the
petition are true.
Section 2. That the lands and territory described
to-wit:
PARCEL ONE.
Lot EIGHTEEN (18) in OWNER'S SUBDIVISION
(except the North five hundred twenty-six
(526) feet, as measured on the west Line
of said property), in Section Thirteen (13)
Township Forty-one (41), Range Eleven (11),
in Cook county, Illinois
PARCEL T'v{O.
Lot SIXTEEN (16) (except the Easterly Thirty-
three (33) Acres thereof; and except also that
part of the west One Hundred (100) feet (as
measured along the North Line of Golf Road) of
the Sou. '["10 ~rundred (200) feet (as measured
along the west Line of Lot SIXTEEN (16), lying
North of the North Line of Golf Road, as dedi-
cated, and except that part of the East One
Hundred feet of the West Two Hundred (200) feet;
as measured along the North Line of Golf Road;
of the South Two Hundred (200) feet; as measured
along the West Line of Lot Sixteen (16), lying
North of the North line of Golf Road, as dedi-
cated; in OWNER'S SUBDIVISION of section Thirteen
(13), Township Forty-one (41) North, Range Ele~n
(11), East of the Third principal Meridian, in
Cook county, Illinois,
which territory is contiguous to the Village of Mount
prospect, is not embraced therein, is uninhabited, contains
no electors residing therein, and is unincorporated, be and
the same is hereby annexed to the Village of Mount Prospect
so that hereafter said territory shall be included within
the boundary lines and limits of said Village as is by law
in suchmse made and provided.
Section 3. The Village Clerk of this Village is
hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinanre,
together with an accurate map of saidannexed territory,
with the Recorder of Deeds of cook County, Illinois.
section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval, according
to law.
