AN ORDINANCE amending
Section 1.1 of Chapter 2
of the Mount Prospect
Building code of 1938.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 1.1 of Chapter 2 of the Mount
prospect Building Code of 1938 (Ordinance No. 225) be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1.1 There is hereby created an
architectural commission which shall consist
of three persons who shall be appointed by
the president and Board of Trustees and shall
. serve for one year and until their successors
are appointed. The members of such commission
shall receive such compensation as may, from
time to time, be determined by the president
and Board of Trustees.
That this ordinance shall be in full force q~t
Section 2.
from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
