AN ORDINANCE amending Section
13 of Chapter III of the Mount
prospect Building code of 1938.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
section 1. That Section 13 of Chapter III of the
Mount Prospect Building code of 1938 (Ordinance No. 225) re
and the same. is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following paragraph:
"In addition, the plans shall show the
dimensions of a sufficient area for the
installation of a water meter and ready
accessibility thereto at all times.
section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication according to law.
