AN ORDINANCE amending
section 25 of Chapter III
of the Mount prospect Building
code of 1938.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
section 1. That Section 25 of Chapter III of
the Mount Prospect Building code of 1938 (Ordinance No. 225)
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following paragraph.
II Such charge for water usage shall apply
to the construction until the plastering
is completed. Any water required sub-
sequent thereto shall be serviced through
a meter to be installed and charges there-
for to be made at the established rates
for water service.lI
Sec tion 2. That this ordinance sha'll be in full
force and effect upon its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
