AN ORDINANCE repealing
Section 12 of Chapter III of
the Mount Prospect Building
code of 1938.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 12 of chapter III of the
Mount Prospect Building code of 1938 (Ordinance No. 225)
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect upon its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
