AN ORDINANCE amending section
15 of Chapter III of the Mount
prospect Building code of 1938.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
section 1. That Section 15 of Chapter III of the
Mount Prospect Building code of 1938 (Ordinance No. 225) be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
15. Survey Plot Plan: A survey drawn by a
registered surveyor, giving the full legal
description and showing the dimensions of lot
to be improved, the location and size of sewer
and water mains, the street, sidewalk~nd !ot-~
grades shall be permanently filed wit the
Department of Buildings. A licensed architect
or Structural Engineer shall prepare a plot
plan showing the location of buildings and
grade elevations adjacent to buildings.
section 2.
That this ordinance shall be in full
