AN ORDINANCE relating to
burning rubbish.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation to place and maintain rubbish burners
and burn rubbish therein closer than 20 feet away from any
public sidewalk.
section 2. Any person, firm or corporation
violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined
not more than $50.00 for each and every offense.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect upon its passage , approval and publication
according to law.
