AN ORDINANCE amending section
3 of an ordinance entitled
"An Ordinance providing for the
registration of solicitors".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
rl'RUSTEES OF rJ'HE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPEC'l', COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 3 of an ordinance entitled
"An Ordinance providing for the registration of solicitors",
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a
paragraph to read as follows:
providing, however, that no permit shall
be issued until the expiration of seven
days f~om the date the application is made
to enable an investigation of the infor-
mation contained in the application set
forth in Section 2 of the ordinance.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication according to law.
