ORDINANCE NO. 4- 7 /
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FIRST
PARAGRAPH OF SUB-PARAGRAPH 3
OF SECTION vm OF ORDINANCE NO.
164 AS HERETOFORE AMENDED.

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois
SECTION 1. That the first paragraph of sub-paragraph 3 of
Section vnr of an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance providing for the
Regulation and Management of the Water Works system of the Village
of Mount Prospect and Establishing Rules and Regulations for the Govern-
ment of Water Consumers and others and Regulating Connections with
said System and Establishing Rates, Charges and License Fees for
Plumbing", (Ordinance No. 164) as amended is hereby further amended
as follows:
Strike out "The sum of Thirty-Five Dollars ($35.00)"
and substitute therefore "The sum of Fifty Dollars
($50.00)"
SECTION Z. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
