1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of Resurfacing Existiag Bituminous Surface And C~ocmto Pavement~ And
Removing And Replacing Various Types of Curb And Gutter throuhgout'me Village of Monnt Prospect
and shall be con~aucted feet wide
and be designated ax Section 93~)011C:M)0-RS
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional) sum of Seven Hundred Thousand,
00/100 Dollars ($ 700.000.00 ) for the
improvement of said section fi'om the municipality's allotment of Motot Fuel Tax funds.
