1. 'ghat the proposed improvement shall consist of The Removal of Existing Surface And Pozzolonic
Installation of New Concrete Curb & Gutter, Flexible Base, Binder Course And Surface Courseo With Drainage Structure
Adjustments And Reconstructions And Sidewalk Replacement.
and shall be constructed Variable feet wide
and be designated as Section 93-00117-00-x~'P
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional) sum of Five Hundred Thousand
00/100 Dollars ($ 500,000.00 ) for the
improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motot Fuel Tax funds.
3. That work shall be done by Contract ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RF. SOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified cop~es of this resolution to
the district office of the Department of Trani ~o~ation.

Dear Madam:
The Resolution for Section ~3-OOll7-O0-FP, adopted by the Mayor
and Board of Trustees on August 3, 19~3, was approved by this
Department on August 16, 19~3. This resolution provides for
the reconstruction of various Municipal streets and
appropriates $500,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the
subject section.
