AN ORDINANCE LIMITING PARKING
OF VElllCLES ON CERTAIN STREETS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TR USTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK
COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. Parking of automobiles and other vehicles is
limited to two (2) hours on any day except Sundays and legal holidays
between the hours of 7A.M. to 6 P. M. on the following streets or
portions thereof:
Along both curbs of Pine Street from Central North
to Henry Street
Along both curbs of Pine Street from Prospect Avenue
South to Lincoln Street
Along both curbs of Milburn Street from Wille Street
West to Pine Street

Along both curbs of Wille Street from Central North
to Henry Street
Along both curbs of Emerson Street from Central
North to Henry Street
Along both curbs of Henry Street from Pine Street East
to Maple Street
Along both curbs of Maple Street from Central North to
Henry Street
Along both curbs of Wille Street from Milburn South to
Lincoln Street
Along both curbs of Prospect Avenue from Maple Street
East to School Street
Along both curbs of School Street from Central South to
Rt /114
Along both curbs of Lincoln Street from Main Street East
to Elm Street.
SECTION 2. Every person convicted of a violation of any
provision of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more
than Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
