Ordinance No. 412
AN ORDINANCE amending Chapter
VI of the Mount Prospect Building
Code.
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Chapter VI of the Mount Prospect Building
Code of 1938 (Ordinance No. 225) as amended be and the same is
hereby further amended by adding thereto Section 37. I to read as
follows:
37. 1 No person, firm or c'orporation shall install or
auerany plumbing within the Village until a permit has
been secured for such installation or alteration from the
Building Ins pe ctor .
The Building Inspector shall issue such permis upon
app;u.cation in all cases where the proposed installation
or alteration is found to be in conformity with the
Building Code upon the payment by applicant of a fee of
$ .2.'~ for each plumbing fixture to be installed
or altered.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
forthwith upon its passage, approval and publication according to law.
