AN ORDINANCE amending Section
7 B District of the Mount Prospect
Zoning Ordinance.
WHEREASJ the Zoning Commission of the Village of Mount
ProspectJ at a public meeting duly called and held according to law
considered an ordinance amending Section relating to the use and
regulations of B District; and
WHEREASJ the President and Board of Trustees having con-
sidered the recommendations of the said Zoning Commission did find
and do believe that the ordinance amending the Mount Prospect Zoning
Ordinance so considere, be adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 7 of an ordinance entitled ItAn Ordinance
classifyingJ regulating and restricting the location of trades and
industries and the location of buildings designed for specified uses;
regulating and limiting the height and bulk of buildings hereafter erected
or altered, regulating and limiting the intensity of the use of lot areas
and regulating and determining t he area of yards, courts and other open
spaces within the and surrounding such buildings; establishing the
boundaries of districts for the said purposes; and prescribing penalties
for the violation of its provisionsj..tl passed and approved December 4, 1923
known as Ordinance No. 52, as amended, be further amended by adding
thereto the following:
17. Parking lots for private self propelled passenger
automobiles in operating condition.

Section Z. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
forthwith upon its passage, approvaland publica.tion according to law.
