AN ORDINANCE amending Chapter
VI of the Mount Prospect Building
Code
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
SECTION 1. That Chapter VI of the Mount Prospect Building
Code (Ordinance No. 225) as amended, is hereby further amended by
adding thereto Section 46. 1 to read as follows:
46. 1 Fees for the inspection of outlets on existing
circuits for all electrical wiring shall be $ 0.30
for each outlet on which a socket, receptacle or fixture
will be attached.
SECTION 2. That any person, firm or corporation violating
any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof,
be fined not more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each and every
offense.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in fulli>rce and
effect forthwith upon its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
