AN ORDINANCE i~lENDING SECTION 20
OF CEAPTER 3 of the l<IOUNT PROSPECT
BUILDING CODE OF 1938

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Hount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
~ECTI~U. That Section 20 entitled "Building Permit
Fees" of Chapter 3 of the Mdunt Prospect Building Code of 1938
as amended be and the sa~e is hereby further amended to read
as follows:

Building Permit Fees:
20;--P"eosare to be.paid at the time permit is
issued. Temporary permit fees are to bo estimated
and final adjustment of the fees to be made at the
timo regular permit is issuod. Tho fees to be
charged for a general building permit for the erec-
tion or ~teration of a building or structure (not
including certain water fees or other miscellaneous
fees or permits as set forth elsewhere in this or-
dinance) are to be based upon the estimated total
cost of work covered by the permit and shall be as
follows:

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and publication
according to law.
