AN ORDINANCE amending
Section 1. 1 of Chapter 2 of
the Mount Prospect Building
Code of 1938.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK
COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 1. 1 of Chapter 2 of the Mount Prospect
Building Code of 1938 (Ordinance No. 225) be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:

Section 1. 1 There is hereby created an Archi-
tectural Commission, which shall consist of
three persons, who shall be appointed by the
President and Board of Trustees. The members
shall be the same as those appointed to the
Building Committee and shall serve for one
year and until their successors are appointed.
The members of such commission shall
receive such compensation as may, from time
to time, be determined by the Pre sident and
Board of Trustees.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
