AN ORDINANCE amending Section
1. 2 of Chapter 2 of the Mount
Prospect Building Code of 1938.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1.2 of Chapter 2 of the Mount Prospect
Building Code of 1938 be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
By striking out wherever it appears in SCidd section the
words "building inspector" and substituting therefore
"superintendent of buildings".
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
