AN ORDINANCE amending l1An
Ordinance prohibiting water
operated air -conditioning units.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TR USTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK
COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance entitled l1An Ordinance
prohibiting water ope rated air -conditioning units" be and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
l1provided, however, that a cooling system
operating with a water saving device or a
water cooling tower may be permitted upon
approval by the Building Committee'l
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
