AN ORDINANCE authorizing
the Village Treasurer to rebate
water deposits
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1. The Village Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to refund water deposits whenever a consumer of the
municipal water system is entitled to a refund of such deposit as
provided by ordinance.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
forthwith upon its passage and approval according to law.
