ORDINANCE NO. .( '.) I
AN ORDINANCE DISCONNECTING CERTAIN TERRI~
TORY FROM THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That the unoccupied territory described
as follows:
Part of Lot D of Kirchhoff's Subdivision,
being a subdivision of part of Sections 10
and 11, Township 41 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian, and part
of Section 33, Township 42 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, which
said part of said Lot D falls within and is
described as the East 167 feet of the North
Half of the Northwest Quarter of the South-
west Quarter of Section 33, Township 42
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois
which presently lies within the limits of the Village of Mount
Prospect is hereby excluded from the Village of Mount Prospect.
Section 2: The property to be so excluded from the
Village of Mount Prospect is more particularly set forth and
described in the Plat of Disannexation attached hereto and
incorporated herein.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law and upon the passage and adoption of an Ordinance of the
Village of Arlington Heights annexing the above-described pro-
perty.
